These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Hanan Bin Hammooda Law Firm (“we”, “us”, “our”). By contacting us, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to the following:


1. Scope of Services

We provide legal services including but not limited to:

  • Legal consultations
  • Representation before courts
  • Notary services
  • Court execution and enforcement

All services are subject to availability, case assessment, and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.


2. Communication & Response Time

We aim to respond promptly to all inquiries. However:

  • Standard responses are provided during official working hours.
  • Messages received outside working hours may be answered the next business day

We do not guarantee immediate responses unless an urgent service is requested.


3. After-Hours & Urgent Requests

To maintain high-quality service:

  • Any communication outside working hours may be treated as an urgent request
  • Urgent requests may be subject to additional fees
  • Immediate response or action within 24 hours depends on the nature of the case and confirmation of payment

4. Booking & Consultations

  • Consultations must be booked in advance through our approved channels.
  • A consultation is confirmed only upon payment (if applicable).
  • Consultation time starts at the scheduled time, regardless of delays by the client.

5. Fees & Payments

  • All fees will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
  • Payment may be made via approved methods (including bank transfer, BenefitPay, or online payment gateways).
  • Certain services require full or partial advance payment.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.


6. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling may be allowed if requested in advance (subject to availability).

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information.
  • Submitting required documents on time.
  • Responding promptly when needed.

We are not liable for delays or outcomes affected by incomplete or incorrect information.


8. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the highest level of legal service:

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes in any case.
  • Legal outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with professional legal standards and applicable laws.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases including:

  • Conflict of interest.
  • Non-payment.
  • Misuse of communication channels.
  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website.


13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
